Therapy for real people with layered lives
Identity Exploration & Empowerment

Sometimes the question is simply: “Who am I now?”
That can show up after a breakup, diagnosis, gender/sexuality exploration, parenting, leaving a faith community, or just after a hard season.
We can work on:
-
naming your values and identity
-
unlearning roles and expectations
-
coming out or not coming out yet
-
rebuilding self-worth and taking up space
This isn’t about putting you in a box — it’s about expanding into your truth.
LGBTQ+ & Poly / ENM Relationship Support
Love doesn’t have to look one way to deserve support.
We can work on:
-
opening a relationship with care
-
jealousy + nervous system responses
-
communication for polycules / multiple partners
-
parenting / co-parenting in queer or poly families
-
holding identity shifts inside a relationship
I don’t take sides — I support all of you feeling heard.

Grief & Loss (in all it's forms)
Grief isn’t just about death. It can be divorce, illness, estrangement, losing the future you wanted, or realizing you’re not who you used to be.
In grief work, we:
-
make room for anger, numbness, sadness, and relief
-
talk about the loss that doesn’t feel “socially acceptable”
-
move at a slow, honest pace — no pressure to “move on”
You’re not broken — you’re grieving, and that’s allowed here.
Chronic Illness & Pain Support
Invisible pain is still pain. And it’s exhausting when people don’t get it.
We can explore:
-
grief for the life you imagined
-
medical trauma + not being believed
-
boundaries and energy protection
-
intimacy and relationships when your body has changed
-
finding joy at your pace — not someone else’s
You don’t have to minimize what you’re carrying to receive support.

LGBTQ+ Affirming Support
You shouldn’t have to explain your pronouns, your partners, or your family structure to get care.
This space is for:
-
2SLGBTQIA+ folks at any stage of identity
-
navigating family/religious rejection
-
gender and sexuality exploration
-
queer burnout from being “on guard” all the time
-
healing from past harmful therapy/medical experiences
I’m in community too — you don’t have to teach me the basics.
Life Transitions & Personal Growth
A big change (wanted or unwanted) can shake your identity.
This is for you if you’re:
-
starting over after a breakup, move, or loss
-
shifting careers or roles
-
entering or leaving caregiving
-
asking “what’s next?” or “is this it?”
We’ll slow it down, make sense of what changed, and help you move forward in a way that actually fits you.
